Diagnose a weak cargo line
When a chain underperforms, check it in physical order. Begin at the producer: confirm that goods are present and that the pickup terminal accepts the correct handling class. Then inspect the first vehicle, its load rule and its actual departure pattern. A vehicle that leaves early may waste capacity; one that waits too long may miss a deadline or starve the next stage.
At a transfer point, separate a storage problem from a throughput problem. A warehouse can smooth irregular arrivals, but it cannot fix a terminal entrance blocked by road traffic or a rail approach with conflicting movements. Watch which queue grows first and change that part of the chain before buying more vehicles everywhere.
At the destination, confirm that the selected industry or town really demands the cargo and that the final-mile stop covers the intended receiver. Because the player directs freight in TF3, a connected route is not automatically a useful route.
Three questions keep the diagnosis focused:
- Is the right cargo available at the origin?
- Can every terminal and vehicle handle it?
- Does capacity arrive before the delivery window closes?
